P21 Chiangmai Hotel

This is easily one of the best hotels in the area for the price. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning is quiet — which is not always the case in this price range. No mosquitos in the room, which makes a huge difference, and the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Even the small details like clean, fresh towels show the care they put into guest comfort. For travelers visiting Thailand, this hotel is a fantastic choice. It’s absolutely worth paying a little extra compared to the ultra-cheap options, where you often end up sacrificing comfort and peace of mind. Here, you can truly relax and enjoy your stay without any worries. Thank you to the amazing team for the great hospitality — 100% worth it!

Extremely good hotel in an excellent location at a ridiculously low price! We loved everything about this hotel. Located right next to the old city gate and about a 10 minute walk through some great streets to the night market. Do not miss the food court at the market and especially Ha Longs BBQ ribs. The best ribs I’ve eaten outside of Texas, and they even gave them a run for their money! The hotel is calming, tastefully decorated, big rooms, huge bed and lovely staff. Would stay here again when next in Chiang Mai

Perfect hotel right outside the Old City. Would use again

The hotel is very well situated, centric. Few minutes walking distance from old town. Clean and has what you need for comfortable stay. The reception is opened 24hrs so i was able to leave my bags at 5 am when i arrived and as well for the check out i left it until the evening. They helped me organise taxi for the airport.
